Chris was left a token gift under the will in consideration of performing the role of Executor. During administration of the Estate, Chris discovered a document that effectively acted as a new will in replacement of what was thought to be the last will of the deceased.
This new will purported to leave significantly more to Chris than what was otherwise left under the prior will. We assisted Chris with navigating family concerns and negotiating an amicable outcome for all involved.
