Nick came to us with Sam, a business partner. Nick wished to buy a commercial freehold from which a hotel business was operated. Sam wanted to buy the hotel business and did not have interest in the freehold.
The Seller was only interested in selling the freehold and business at the same time. We recommended Sam to a friendly solicitor to ensure he was provided with excellent independent representation while we assisted Nick.
